We pride ourselves on the customer being completely satisfied with their purchase however in the instance that you are not happy for any reason, you can return any item to us within 10 days of receiving your item. We only offer refunds at this stage so should you need another size, please send your items back for a refund and then place your new order. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund should you exceed our 10 days policy.
Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as purchased. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your returned items are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service for all shipping as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unfortunelty we do not accept exchanges at this stage, a refund will be processed and a new order will have to be placed.
