How do I receive the latest information?
All the latest information or launches will be communicated via our Instagram and Newsletter. Sign up as a customer, or enter your email address in the bottom section of the site to receive our newsletters.
How do I take care of my items?
All of our items come with a care label. We strongly recommend that you following these instructions. When it comes to leather, velvets, suedes or cotton blend fabrics,please be very careful in cleaning these garments as they are very delicate. We recommend contacting us for specific care information if you are unsure about how to treat a particular product.
How long does it take for you to get back to me on my query?
We respond to all enquiries within 48 hours of receiving your email. Should you have anything.
Where else can I find your products?
All Ama Bonsu products are sold exclusively online on our website and at selected retailers. Please search our stockists tab for the selected retailers were are currently stocked in.
I placed a successful order but I have not received a confirmation of my purchase as yet?
Once all orders are placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. If you did not receive an email within 1 hour of purchasing, please contact our customer care team at for further assistance.
The item I would like it out of stock. Will it be restocked?
At Ama Bonsu we take pride in the unique pieces we design so it is highly unlikely that the garment will not be restocked to ensure all customers get exclusive pieces. However, some sold out items and sizes are restocked. We advise you to keep an eye out on our social media and newsletter to stay up to date with the new drops.
It is also possible that one of our stockists may still have the garment you are after available in their store. Please check our stockists section to see who stocks our pieces.
What size should I buy?
Our pieces are slim cut with a European fit. We recommend you take a look at our sizing guide for clear measurements on each size. Should you still be unsure, please contact our customer care team for further assistance.
Do you stock XXL or XS?
Unfortunately we do not stock these sizes at the moment. We do however intend to expand the clothing size range in the near future so please do keep an eye out on our social media pages and website for updates.
How do I create an account?
Click the customer login icon in the top left hand corner of the website to go to the customer login store page.
Is it possible to place an order without an account?
Yes sure! When placing an order at the checkout stage, you have the option to login to your customer account if you have one or you can place your order as a 'New Customer'.
Do you sell gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not sell gift cards at the moment.
