Shipping and Delivery

How long is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country. For orders within the UK, we allow 5-7 working days excluding bank holidays and weekends. For international orders outside of the UK, we allow 10-14 days excluding working days and bank holidays. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide. However, unfortunately we can not deliver to post office boxes or FPO addresses. 

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?
Within 14 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. Please fill in the return form which you received with your order and send it back with your return. All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All products must be unworn and unwashed. All products must have all original Ama Bonsu tags still attached. Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.
Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?
Yes, the full amount of your order will be refunded minus initial delivery costs.
When do I get my refund?
Returns will be processed approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service first with more details. After confirmation you can return the item to our warehouse. The item will be inspected and should it be a manufacturing fault, a new item will be send back to you free of charge.
What if my return is not accepted?
The only reason we won't accept a return is if the item does not full under a manufacturer fault guideline. This however will be established way before you return your item via our customer service team. If you still decide to send your item back to us without prior acceptance via our customer service help team, we cannot refund you for the faulty good as it does not fall within our guideline and we also can not return the product back to the sender at our cost. If you would like the item shipped back, we will take a Paypal payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns centre for 90 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.
Can I return my order at one of your stockists stores?
If your item was bought through one of our stockists, yes you can return your order to that store. You can return your order within 14 days and we will issue a refund. You can not however return an item bought via our online store to one of our stockist stores. This must be returned directly to us.

Online orders

Do I need to set up an account to order something online?
No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as guest, checkout fast with a Paypal account or register as customer.
I've added the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped.
How do I cancel my order?
If you changed your mind about your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 hours of placing the order. In case your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order immediately and your order will be refunded. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can not cancel your order and you will need to return the item back to us as soon as you receive it. 
Will you restock sold out items?
Normally we do not restock any sold items from previous collections. However it is possible a sold out size of an item will be back online.

Payments

What payment methods does Ama Bonsu accept?
At the moment we accept paypal and all major credit/debit cards including: Visa Debits, Credit Cards, Mastercard. We do not however accept American express cards.
